As City Manager, Jeffrey Snyder is appointed by the City Council and serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the City. The City Manager oversees all of the operations within the City of Plainview including:

  • Directing and Supervising Department Heads
  • Developing and Implementing the Annual Budget
  • Managing and facilitating projects designed to preserve and improve the quality of life in Plainview
