Plainview, TX – To ensure the safety and well-being of our community, warming stations are in place for those in need during the winter storm. Citizens who need shelter in a warming station should call the non-emergency number at 806-296-1182 or go to the Plainview Police Department for help.
Individuals will be taken to warming stations located at:
- Sacred Heart – 2805 N. Columbia
- Unger Memorial Library – Basement level
