The Plainview - Hale County Health Department will be hosting Back to School Immunization Clinics from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Plainview Hale County Health Department located downstairs at City Hall, 202 W. 5th Street on Wednesdays, July 24th and July 31st.
Immunizations will be available for children grades Kindergarten to 12th Grade (18 and under) requiring immunizations for school. Also, those who are American Indian or Alaskan Native are eligible regardless of age.
Eligible recipients include those who are uninsured, underinsured or enrolled in Medicaid. Medicaid recipients must have their Medicaid card with them to receive immunization shots. All participants are required to bring their child’s immunization record.
