To assist the public with trash removal, the City of Plainview Solid Waste Department has set out seven (7) yellow tubs around town.
* 6th and Joliet (skate park)
* 16th Street and Holliday (Water Treatment Plant)
* Intersection of Kermit and Garland (Westgate)
* 3rd and Kirchwood (Westridge)
Solid Waste will have extra trucks running in an effort to catch up on routes before the next scheduled rains.
