1. Where is the public library located in Plainview?: The Unger Memorial Library is located on the corner of Ninth and Austin streets at 825 Austin Street.

2. How can I get a library card?: If you are over 18 years old you, will need a Texas driver's license or Texas ID issued by the Department of Public Safety. Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign for them.
